Cancellation Policies / Terms & Conditions


  • All prices are in US Dollars

  • Transfer Booking Terms & Conditions: 
    All prices listed are subject to change until payment is received.  Prices quoted include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.  Prices listed are per vehicle, not per person.
    Once payment is received a voucher will be issued as your final confirmation of services and will be sent to the primary email address on file.  You must have your printed vouchers in hand to present to the driver at the time of each service.  Printing your voucher is suggested as the voucher contains all the details of your scheduled services, instructions for arrival at the airport and ADE DMC's contact information.
    We request that you check your vouchers for all accuracy and contact us immediately if the details are incorrect or have changed.  If your flight information changes before or during travel, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately with the updated details.  We will monitor your arrival flight based on the information you have provided to us before arrival.  Our staff will wait at the airport up to 1 hour after your flight arrives, if you do not contact us within that time
    you will be considered a no-show and the transfer will be non-refundable.
     We can re-schedule a transfer if you notify us in advance or as soon as details of your delay becomes available.  Updated flight information will be required.  If you would like to have an Extended Arrival Guarantee, there will be a charge of $20 per hour, after the first hour.  Additional and higher charges may apply for all re-schedules within 24hrs, depending on the circumstance.

    Transfer Cancellation Policies:
    73 hours or more prior to arrival - full refund

       0 - 72 hours prior to arrival or no-show - 100% non-refundable

  • **If you are traveling with and arriving into Cancun with others and you would wish to share the same transfer, you must be arriving in the same terminal within 30 minutes time of each other.  However, for your comfort and convenience, we highly suggest separate transfers.  This is due to the fact that if there are delays by one party and you wish not to wait, the cost for a last minute transfer service will be higher than the normal prices.  Flights arriving into different terminals will not be allowed to share a transfer.  

  • Transfers & Tours require payment in full at time of booking.


  • Tour Cancellation Policy: 

        Tours, once paid, are 100% non-refundable.​

  • If the tour departs as scheduled then you need to be on it. If you are not on the tour on time, you will forfeit any payment made.

  • Do not assume a tour is cancelled by rain. Only the tour operator determines if a tour is cancelled due to weather. That is not up to us. It rains here very often and rain will not stop most tours.

  • To Cancel: email us at lmohr@adedmcmx.com.

  • Less than 48 hours before tour time, still call us, as we can try and reschedule based on availability with the tour operator.

  • If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator for any reason including weather, you may be able to receive a refund or be able to reschedule based on availability.

  • To Change: You can change the date of a tour by calling us 48 hours in advance, based on availability.
